Farmers Market

Rocky Mount's Farmers' Market gives area residents a popular gathering place for events and offers local produce growers the opportunity to sell their goods in a central location. The Market is open from April through December on Saturdays.  Space rental varies from one day to a full market season, so home gardeners with a little produce to sell have the opportunity to sell their goods alongside established farmers.

In addition to plentiful produce, vendors also sell various meats, eggs, homemade baked goods, homemade preserves, jams and jellies, crafts, art, wood furniture and crafts.

During the holidays, Christmas trees, wreaths and greenery are available from local vendors.

The Market is also a popular event site, serving as home to an annual Strawberry Festival in May, Warren Street Festival in August, and Rocky Mount Fest in September along with other regular special events throughout the year.

The Rocky Mount Farmers Market is committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our community. We value diversity and strive to create a space where everyone feels respected and valued. We are dedicated to using positive and inclusive language in all of our communications and interactions, and we actively seek to celebrate the rich tapestry of backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives that make our community vibrant and unique.
