Planning Commission

The Planning Commission's purpose is to serve in an advisory capacity to the Town Council.  The Commission may prepare and recommend plans, ordinances, capital improvement programs, and other documents to the Town Council for its consideration on questions of community growth and development according to the Zoning and Development Ordinance of the Town of Rocky Mount.
