The Community Development Department manages the orderly growth and development of the Town, creates and facilitates economic development, and helps the community fulfill Town Council's vision for a clean, safe, and vibrant Rocky Mount. The Community Development Director oversees the Planning and Zoning Departments, as well as GIS and Code Inspections.
