Rocky Mount Fest Road Closure
Franklin Street (Highway 40) will be closed from the intersection with North Main Street to the intersection with Floyd Avenue on Saturday, September 20th, for Rocky Mount Fest.
Road Closures will begin at noon on Saturday and go until 11:00 pm. Please plan your route accordingly and be prepared for additional congestion.
