Leaf removal for Town of Rocky Mount residents will begin Monday, October 30, 2023 and end Friday, December 29, 2023. Residents must rake leaves to the property line
at the street/sidewalk. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK SIDEWALKS, STREETS, OR STORM DRAINS. After December 29, 2023, leaves must be bagged.
